Wedding Accessories

Brides are still setting the trend by selecting romantic, flowing dresses with soft fabrics, ruffles, sashes and delicate embellishments. Therefore, veils and accessories should be simplified to appropriately complement these style of dreses. Shorter veils (especially birdcage veils, pictured), boleros, shawls and crystal brooches (for dresses and hair) are top picks. Necklaces and earrings shouldn’t overwhelm or take away focus from the dress. And with cooler weather this fall/winter choose wraps of faux-fur, velvet, heavy satin, or a classic pashmina for the perfect accessory (with a dual purpose to keep you warm).

The perfect accessories can make your wedding dress "your very own". Since my wedding, over a year ago, I have worn my pearl and crystal brooch to all the weddings my husband and I have attended since our special day.
