Star Wars Celebration is happening this weekend at the Orange County Convention Center.

Friday:

Shower of Hugs: Free Hug March – Downtown Orlando – 5:30 to 7:30 pm

Help spread awareness about the importance of embracing one another with this public event offering free hugs beginning at the Plaza Cinema Café 12 on S. Orange Ave. For more info: facebook.com/events/196694767484459

Art & Music in the Park – Casselberry – 6 to 9 pm

Fifteen food trucks plus live music by the Dave Capp Project, artwork on display, and other vendors at Lake Concord Park. Free. For more info: casselberry.org    

Saturday:

Tater Tots and Beer Festival – Festival Park – 1 to 4 pm

Sample dozens of domestic, imported and crafted beers and delicious tater tot creations. Only 2,000 general admission tickets and 200 VIP tickets available. For more info: tatertotfestival.com

The Final Frontier – Bob Carr Theatre – 2 pm

The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra presents the final concert in their 2016/17 season. The Final Frontier is conducted by guest conductor Jack Everly, and features Sci-fi and space-themed music selections from E.T., Star Wars, Star Trek, Superman, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and more. Illuminart-Spotlight on Sculpture – Casselberry – 6 to 9 pm

The city of Casselberry dedicates a high-tech, outdoor sculpture by renowned Serbian artist Milos Saric to kick off this exhibition of works by Central Florida artists who use sustainable LED lighting, digital projections and art-light installations in their sculptures in Concord Lake Park. Art Walk – Sanford – 6 to 9 pm

Sunday:

Poca's Hottest Sauce Cook-off – Will's Pub – 2 to 9 pm

Poca's Hottest is teamed up with Will's Pub and Southern Fried Sunday for this family-friendly event with a free taco bar, Mini House Club Kids Dance & Craft Club Area, adult and child Easter egg hunts, a food drive for Fern Creek Elementary School Foundation, live entertainment, and all the Poca's Sauce you can handle. Disenchanted – Plaza Live Orlando – Fri 8 pm, Sat 2 & 8 pm

 Forget the princesses you think you know – the original storybook heroines have come back to life to set the record straight in this hit musical showing in Orlando through April 20.
